[P1619-3] New Letters of Assurance received for P1619.3

Hi Folks,

IEEE-SA has received and posted two new Letters Of Assurance concerning the P1619.3 draft standard, as follows (see http://standards.ieee.org/db/patents/pat1390.html):

Both letters have box 1b checked, which states "The Submitter will grant a license under reasonable rates to an unrestricted number of applicants on a worldwide basis with reasonable terms and conditions that are demonstrably free of unfair discrimination."
