Subject: [P1619-3] Proposal to use OASIS KMIP objects, operations, and binary encoding within P1619.3
Hi Folks,
I've uploaded a first revision for the proposal to use the KMIP binary
encoding for P1619.3 and to replace the P1619.3 objects and operations
with those of KMIP. This will align the two standards and provide a
starting place for adding P1619.3-specific extensions. See links below:

Unfortunately, I've got a conflict during tomorrow's meeting and won't
be there to present this proposal. However, I'm still hoping that the
group will be able to review this proposal (if time is available) and
provide feedback, perhaps by editing the doc version with 'track
changes' enabled.
If this proposal looks reasonable and if people have enough time to
review it, I'm hoping that we can consider it during next week's plenary
meeting.
Thanks!
-Matt
