Draft proposal for the Key Recovery format
Enclosed is my first version of a proposal for a Key-Recovery format
(formerly called Key Escrow format).
I have already received comments from Shai (and added most of them). Maybe
this can be put on the agenda for the February meeting.
Jim,
I will not attend the meeting in person (as I said in October). I will join
by phone for the first couple of hours - it will be night here in Tel-Aviv.
If you put an agenda, maybe the key recovery format can be one of the first
items.
