LRW for Linux

I have patched Linux' hard disk encryption module dm-crypt to be able to
deal with tweakable cipher modes. Further, I added LRW to CryptoAPI,
Linux' internal cryptographic framework.

For those interested, it's available from

These modifications should be included with official Linux sources in
about 2 months (..at the moment my efforts to push LRW, are blocked by
the absence of LRW test vectors). On Linux, LRW is also slightly faster
than CBC.
