Re: a plea for rationale appendix sections in the draft
Can anyone else take it upon him/herself to produce an appendix for 1619
that talks about the rationale behind this standard? (I will be happy to
help, but I cannot commit the time to produce a coherent text that can be
incorporated as part of the standard.)
