RE: P1619/1619.1 Meeting notice for 6/14 and 6/15

Hello,
I have some editorial comments FOR p1619 DRAFT 5:
6.2
Does the DTD specify what is mandatory to support for interoperability of the key format exchange? It doesn't state that, if that is what is intended.

6.3
Item 3. needs a reference or references for "standard methods" being referred to.

It shows alternative formats for key material encoding. Should this standard mandate a format for interoperability? or if XML-ENC mandates a format to support, indicate so.

Annex C

Has references to "above" and "below" and "last" text which makes it a little hard to read. Would prefer explicit section references instead, where those words are used, throughout Annex C.
Page 23, last paragraph, please put the name of the mode that is being discussed in this paragraph to make it clear.
Page 24, Second paragraph. Change "since this transform..." to drop the word "this" and add explicit name of transform being discussed.

Regards,
Larry
