Hi All,

Attached is P1619.1/D20.  I'd like to make a motion in next week's
P1619.1 meeting that we use this draft as the starting point for a
15-day working group ballot.  In total, this would give you all three
weeks to do an in-depth review of this standard before we enter
sponsor ballot (and do another in-depth review).

If we can start collecting the sponsor ballot pool at the beginning of
next week, we could time it so the sponsor ballot starts immediately
after the working group ballot ends.  This would let us finish the
first sponsor ballot round before the August 17th submission deadline.
 Does this sound like a good idea, or should we slip a cycle and aim
for October submission to IEEE?
