I presented the IEEE P1619 liaison report at the T10 Plenary Meeting on Thursday, July 12. There was feedback from some of the members questioning whether there is an official IEEE policy pertaining to time constraints for advance notice of meetings. Specifically, IEEE P1619 meetings that were held on Wednesday July 11 and one called for Friday July 13 have insufficient notification time for interested parties. I have agreed to report back to T10 regarding procedures for advance notification of IEEE P1619 meetings.
