Hi All,

I've been preparing some public comments on behalf of P1619.1 to NIST concerning the SP 800-38D June 2007 draft. Please send me any suggested changes or additions in this statement by this Friday. I will submit these comments this weekend.

If possible, I want to go over these comments in tomorrow's P1619.1 meeting, so that we can decide on a unified statement. If NIST adopted the latest SP 800-38D draft as-is, it would likely break most of our GCM implementations. We need to resolve this issue before 800-38D becomes a NIST standard.
