[STDS-P1619] IEEE Std 1619-2007 Now Available for Download to IEEE Members with Subscriptions
The published version of IEEE Std 1619-2007 has now propagated itself through the slow ooze of IEEE Xplore and is available to IEEE members who have a digital library subscription. Here is the link:

Purchasing this standard can be a bit of a challenge. As of May 15, 2008, it is only available with a subscription to the Digital Library. If you are an IEEE member, you can get a 30-day free subscription to the Digital library. Normally the digital library is $35/month for up to 25 article downloads/month (Min. 6 month subscription @ $210).
Eventually P1619 will be available for a one-shot purchase, but that system won't be in place for a couple more weeks...
