I am pleased to announce that IEEE has signed an agreement
with IEC to
enable jointly development projects. It identifies the process in
which
IEEE working groups and IEC Technical Committees can jointly develop
standards, and also addresses copyright and distribution.
The agreement is an addendum to the original IEC-IEEE Dual Logo Agreement,
signed in October 2002.
Attached is the Administrative Circular that was sent out from IEC, for
