Editorial: Need to correct EME2 mode names in section 6, Page 16, lines 4 - 5. They are referred to as EME2-AES-384 & EME2-AES-512 and as EME2-AES-128 and EME2-AES-256 all other places. This might best be done in 5.1 by moving text from XCB about key size.
Technical: Standard is not ready for a vote without Test Vectors. Only a single test vector included for AES128 XCB. Need to add appropriate test vectors for EME2 & XCB for AES128 & AES256 using multiple samples for each.
