Comments: Requiring at least one protocol will limit
which clients can support the standard. Also, without specifying the
details of this required protocol, it is not possible to determine whether
or not any given client even support it. One required protocol, regardless
of what it is, will not cover the anticipated use
cases.
We would support listing one or more binary and
non-binary transport protocols as examples, but do not support requiring a
mandatory transport.
