[STDS-P1619] Draft agenda and face-to-face meeting information for 2010-01-25

Hi Folks,

Here's the current information for the upcoming P1619.x SISWG meeting in San Jose:

The next SISWG Plenary face-to-face meeting is scheduled for Jan 25th, 2010 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, Pacific Time.  This meeting is hosted by Huawei.  Please let me know if you have any additions to the agenda!
