Scope
This standard describes methods for the electrical characterization of carbon nanotubes. The methods are independent of processing routes used to fabricate the carbon nanotubes.
Purpose
The purpose of this standard is to provide methods for the electrical characterization of carbon nanotubes and the means of reporting performance and other data. This is intended to provide and suggest procedures for characterization and reporting of data. These methods enable the creation of a suggested reporting standard that are used by research through manufacturing as the technology is developed. Moreover, the standards recommend the necessary tools and procedures for validation.
