Subject: [IEEE_ISSAA] Current Draft for Meeting this Wednesday (18Apr07)

All,

Please review the current draft and be prepared to contribute comments
on it at the ISSAA meeting this Wednesday, April 18 at JHU APL.

The entire purpose of the meeting is to collect comments for Stu so we
can send him away again for further edits between meetings.

The next meeting information is at
http://issaa.org/meetings/announcement.html

The current draft is posted at
http://issaa.org/ISSAA_D19_20070413.doc, and is about 40 pages long.

Stu has attempted to separate informative from normative (the
standard) parts of the draft.
In doing so he has temporarily abandoned the IEEE format, but we will
complete the contents, and then return to the format in a subsequent
version.

You may submit comments before, during and after the meeting by email,
but you will have a chance to explain, discuss your comments Wednesday.
Between the meeting Wednesday and the May 23 meeting we will try to hold
a teleconference.

Remember, our objective is to have a draft sufficiently completed to
start the balloting process in October.

thanks,
Jack
