[IEEE_ISSAA] Meeting reminder, Last Meeting Minutes

The next meeting will be held on May 23rd, and the announcement may be

The current draft is posted at issaa.org, and all are requested to
review it prior to the meeting.
Below are the proposed minutes for the April 18, 2007 meeting, held at
JHU APL, Laurel, Maryland.

Minutes of the ISSAA WG for April 18, 2007

Meeting was called to order at 9:30am by Jack Cole, participants were
introduced, attendance taken, and Jack and Stu Katzke shared note
taking.

The agenda was approved, but since the this was the first meeting in
over a year, approval of minutes from the last meeting was skipped.
The IEEE Patent Policy was reviewed.
Old business - Stu's efforts to identify and segregate informative
material in the draft were reviewed, and suggestions made. Dan
volunteered to review and edit the informative annex to help its
readability. A volunteer is needed for the definitions and terms
section: these items will be based on NIST terminology from the
appropriate NIST Special Pubs. It was agreed that the draft would be
released for review two weeks prior to the next and subsequent
meetings, and that this review and editing process will be continued
through September.
New business - None
Next meeting will be held May 23, 2007 at JHU APL, Laurel, MD. Dates
for future meetings through September are indicated at
http://issaa.org/meetings/.
