I have rebuilt, from
scratch, the process flow I did a couple of months ago. I got help from an
artistic hand to get a cleaner layout, and I used thinner arrows. The new
layout results in less clutter and fewer crossed lines, I
think.
Attached, are a
Visio file, and a JPEG that can be inserted into the document and scaled to
fit.
