P1788 We send herewith V04.4 of the draft text of Level 1 less decorations, which is the subject of Motion 31. Further friendly amendments have been incorporated since V04.3. A list of the most substantial changes since the original V04.1 last December is in the front-matter. We also made various minor editorial changes. Constructors are currently the subject of Motion 30 so their text isn't changed, except num2interval has been removed on the grounds of being unnecessary. Q from JP. Could the chair remind us of the procedural side? As I recall, Motion 31 needs a 2/3 majority to pass. If it passes, the text is not cast in stone, since a later motion requiring 2/3 majority can make further amendments, is that right? I ask this because I expect much tidying up will be needed later, e.g. when we re-include decorations. Regards John Pryce, Christian Keil
