A room block has been arranged for meeting attendees at the
price of US$250 per night + tax.
Please use the room reservation form. The room block is
valid until 20 November 2009. After this date, any unsold rooms
will be subject to availability and the preferred room rate
will not be honored.
A registration fee will be charged for this meeting of US$400
to cover the cost of food and audio-visual requirements. Please
register by 27 November 2009. After this date, the registration
fee will be US$800. Cancellation is possible until 30 November
2009 with a US$100 cancellation fee.
