Acccess from the hotel to
Mitsubishi
Attendants of P1901 Tokyo Meeting,
The meetings will start 9:00 am.
For the security reason, you need previous registration to enter the 4th
floor meeting room. Please send the attached registration form to IEEE Tina
ASAP.
From 8:30 am to 9:15 am, my colleagues of Mitsubishi will prepare a special
registration for P1901 meeting and will be waiting for you on the 1st
(Ground) floor. If you arrive after 9:15 am, please go to general
registration for Mitsubishi Electric on the same floor and say you are the
attendant for IEEE P1901 and ask to call to Mr. Taisuke Iwamoto of
"DENRYOKU-KAI" (Ext.2616, 03-3218-2616).
From the Shinagawa Prince Hotel to Mitsubishi Electric Headquarter
Building, the convenient and the cheapest way is using the JR Yamanote Line
railway from Shinagawa-Station to Tokyo-Station. Ride the train car of the
Shinagawa side and use the exit "Marunouchi Minami-Guchi (South)". You can
find big Post Office at first. Mitsubishi's "TOKIA Building" is just back
of it. It takes about 30 minutes for door-to-door (about 10 minutes train
ride, Shinagawa, Tamachi, Hamamatsu-cho,Shinbashi, Yuraku-cho, Tokyo) and
it costs 160 yens.
If you use a Taxi, it takes about 20 minutes (in the morning more) and it
costs about 3500 yens. Please say to the driver, "MARUNOUCHI NO MITSUBISHI
DENKI TOKIA BIRU NI ITTE KUDASAI".
