updated registration fee for 11 Dec 07, P1901 working group meeting

Hello:

The meeting information page and registration link have been updated to
reflect the new registration fee of US$205 for the 11 Dec 07 P1901 working
group meeting. Please register (if you have not done so already) by 6
December 2007, to avoid paying the late registration fee of US$265.
