Please note the deadline for registration and request of a room is this
Friday, 22 February 2008. After this date, the registration price is US$500
and sleeping rooms at the Hyatt at the preferred rate may not be available.
Confirmation of your sleeping room will be provided after the rooming list
is provided to the Hyatt on 25 February 2008.

The next meeting of the P1901 BPL PHY/MAC Working Group will be held as
follows:

A room block has been arranged at the rate of JPY 20,000 (approximately
US$187) per night, subject to 10% service charge and 5% tax. This rate
includes a daily American Buffet Breakfast in Aroma's or Japanese Breakfast
in Nadaman.
The Hyatt has requested a rooming list from the IEEE-SA. If you would like
a room at this rate, please ensure that you indicate your arrival and
departure dates on the registration form. The room block is being held
until 22 February 2008. After this date, rooms will not be held and the
rate can not be guaranteed.
A fee of US$300 will be charged for meeting registration. After 22 February
2008, the meeting registration fee will be US$500.
