of US$465 will be charged for meeting registration. After 21 September
2008, the meeting registration fee will be US$590.
A room block has been secured with Tryp
Atocha. Please use the hotel reservation form to receive the preferred
rate of 145 € + 7% Tax per night. Breakfast is included with the room
rate. The room block is only guaranteed through 8 September 2008. After
this date, the rooms will be released to the public and availability could
be limited.
