Advance registration for attendance
at this working group meeting is recommended to ensure adequate seating
and food.
A fee of US$375 will be charged for
meeting registration. After 28 October 2008, the meeting registration fee
will be US$435. Lunch and afternoon coffee break will be served on 4 November,
and continental breakfast, morning coffee break, lunch, and afternoon coffee
