A fee of US$510 will be charged for
meeting registration. After 23 January 2009, the meeting registration fee
will be US$575.
A room block is being arranged with
the hotel for deluxe rooms at $199 per night. When the room block is activated
with the hotel, you will be informed. If you prefer, you can make your
reservation today, inform me, and I will ask the hotel to apply the preferred
rate once the group is set up in their system.
