Please note the following for the 3-6
February 2009 meeting of the P1901 working group.
The room block has been arranged with
the hotel for deluxe rooms at $199 per night. The rate is guaranteed through
23 January 2009. Use the group code "EEE-EEEA" to receive the
preferred rate. Please ensure you make your room reservation before that
date to receive this preferred rate. After 23 January 2009, rack rates
will apply.

meeting registration. After 23 January 2009, the meeting registration fee
will be US$575.
A room block is being arranged with

with the hotel, you will be informed. If you prefer, you can make your
reservation today, inform me, and I will ask the hotel to apply the preferred
rate once the group is set up in their system.
