3-6 February 2009 meeting information--ACTION REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY


Hello:

Please note that 23 January 2009 is the deadline for registration and to receive the preferred rate for rooms at the Ritz Carlton. I want to stress that because this is high season in South Beach, getting the preferred rate after 23 January 2009 may be impossible.

Hello:

Please note the following for the 3-6 February 2009 meeting of the P1901 working group.

The room block has been arranged with the hotel for deluxe rooms at $199 per night. The rate is guaranteed through 23 January 2009. Use the group code "EEE-EEEA" to receive the preferred rate. Please ensure you make your room reservation before that date to receive this preferred rate. After 23 January 2009, rack rates will apply.

A fee of US$510 will be charged for meeting registration. After 23 January 2009, the meeting registration fee will be US$575.  

A room block is being arranged with the hotel for deluxe rooms at $199 per night. When the room block is activated with the hotel, you will be informed. If you prefer, you can make your reservation today, inform me, and I will ask the hotel to apply the preferred rate once the group is set up in their system.
