ACTION REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR THE P1901 WG meeting, 24-27 March 2009, Dresden--registration

Hello:

Please take the time to register now for the P1901 working group meeting. We need an accurate count for the lunches in particular. If you register after 15 March 2009, you will be able to attend the meeting, but you will likely not be able to eat lunch with the rest of the working group.

On the first day of the meeting, you are requested to bring 30 EUR cash in order that you can purchase lunch tickets (4 @ 7.50 EUR = 30 EUR). As the tickets are purchased in advance, we will have lunch tickets available based upon registration numbers ONLY. Lunch is not included in the registration fee, it only covers the room and two coffee breaks per day.

Thank you!
Noelle
