P1901 BPL PHY/MAC Working Group Meeting

A room block has been arranged at the
rate of JPY21,000, inclusive of tax and service charges. This rate will
be offered for a period of five (5) days before (Wednesday 15th July),
and five (5) days after (Thursday 30th July 2009) the meeting dates.
The Hilton has requested a rooming list
from the IEEE-SA. If you would like a room at this rate, please ensure
that you indicate your arrival and departure dates on the registration
form. The room block is being held until 13 July 2009 at 5:00 pm. After
this date, rooms will not be held and the rate can not be guaranteed.
The Hotel may require a deposit
in advance from individual guests to guarantee a particular reservation.
To guarantee an individual reservation, a guest must either (i) send a
check or money order covering the first night's room rate plus applicable
sales tax, (ii) send a signed letter or form authorizing the Hotel to charge
the room deposit and applicable sales tax to the guest's major credit card
or (iii) give the guest's major credit card by telephone.
The hotel has provided the group with
a meeting package that provides for no cost meeting space, lunch, and coffee
breaks for attendees that stay at the Hilton under the group rate. The
hotel will charge the group JPY15,000 (approximately US$150) per day for
meeting space, lunch, and coffee breaks for each attendee that does not
stay at the Hilton. Please consider supporting the working group by staying
at the Hilton.
The registration deadline is 12 July
2009. The registration fee schedule is as follows:
Attendees staying at the Hilton -- US$415
on-time / US$680 late (after 12 July)
Attendees not staying at the Hilton
-- US$565 on-time / US$930 late (after 12 July)
