The hotel block for our 13-16 October 2009 meeting will be held until 5 October, however, the rate is no longer available for the 3 days pre/post meeting. The current IEEE rate of US$219 is available for the nights of 11-16 October.

 

If you would like to stay at the hotel for any days pre/post meeting, please send me an email (blmancuso@xxxxxxxx) with your current reservation and the days you would like added to the reservation, and I will ask the hotel if they can extend the IEEE rate for those days.

A room block has been arranged for attendees at the rate of US$219 per night + tax. The group rate shall be offered for a period of three (3) days prior to and three (3) days after the Meeting, subject to the availability of rooms at the time of reservation. Reservations can be made by contacting the Marriott and mentioning the group name "IEEE" or online at:

 The room block will be held until 5 October 2009 at 5:00 pm Eastern time, after which time the rooms will be released for sale to the general public.
