Chapter Access:  In the following, to access the text of a chapter,
click once on the blue underlined chapter name.
This will present an access box with a request enter your Username and the Password.
Successful entry will allow access to all the chapters during the session.
Viewing ASCII (DOS) Text (.txt) Files:
[ASCII Format is used by IEEE for the original Std 241-1990 version]
Download the file to the PC "document" directory.
Open the file using Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect word processing program.
The word processing program will convert the file for viewing.
Save as a ".doc" Microsoft Word file,
or save as a ".wpd" Corel WordPerfect file.
Feedback and Comments on Chapters:
Via E-mail: To send comments on the chapter,
click once on blue E-mail address of the chapter chair or manager.
This will present an E-mail message form from your E-mail program.
The TO address is automatically completed. Enter your message and Send.
Via Fax:  To send comments, copy the fax telephone number  and
chapter chair or manager's name and enter this information in your PC fax
program or separate fax machine as usual for composing messages.
