click once on the blue underlined chapter name.
This will present an access box with a request enter your Username and the Password.
Successful entry will allow access to all the chapters during the session.
Viewing ASCII (DOS) Text (.txt) Files:
[ASCII Format is used by IEEE for the original Std 241-1990 version]
Download the file to the PC "document" directory.
Open the file using Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect word processing program.
The word processing program will convert the file for viewing.
Save as a ".doc" Microsoft Word file,
or save as a ".wpd" Corel WordPerfect file.
