[2600] CIM news
I have inquired about NIAP's schedule for updating the Consistency
Instruction Manual. At ICCC, Audrey said it should be out in November. In
mid October, Howard Cohen (who is the CIM author) said that a draft was
complete and was being reviewed internally, and may be out in November
depending on comments. Today, as you can read below, it appears that the
CIM is a low priority and there is no schedule given for an updated CIM.
