[2600] How will we get the PP's evaluated?
At the May meeting, I will be appointing an ad hoc to
address at least the following tasks related to the eventual evaluation
of our PPs:
1) Make a recommendation as to which PP's will be evaluated
2) Creation of a recommended process to obtain quotes
on the evaluation of the PPs
3) Obtaining the quotes referenced in #2 above
4) Creation of a recommended process to review the quotes
5) Make a recommendation to the whole committee of a vendor
to do the evaluations
6) Set up the process for collection of monies from the
interested parties to pay for the evaluations
7) Oversee the actual evaluation process when the time
comes
8) Any other process or task necessary to get these evaluations
done.
These tasks are obviously very important to the eventual
completion of the work. I urge you to strongly consider volunteering
for this ad hoc. I would like to see at least 5 people on this ad
hoc to insure the work can be distributed as well as to have a variety
of views. I will also need to appoint a chair so be thinking about
that as well.
