I have a concern about ALC FLR.1

ALC FLR is the security assurance components which requires,

" This family provides assurance that the TOE will be maintained
and supported in the future, requiring the TOE developer to track and
correct flaws in the TOE."

Yes I agree this is important, but I feel some sense of incongruity to
include this component to PP.
The reason is, this requirement is related to the support policy of the
vendor or organization but not related to the the function of HCD itself.
I believe security requirement descried in this PP should be only
related to the function of the HCD.
Furthermore, ALC_FLR has no relationship with EAL level.

So I would like to propose not to mention ALC_FLR in the PP but add it
in the ST if required by the user.
