[2600] Protection Profile Free Availability

As you know, we have a contract with the IEEE to manage
the collection and dispursement of funds related to the protection profiles.
 I'd like to give you an update on that contact and the status on
making the PPs freely available:

First, from a financial perspective.

Amount collected:  $140,000

Amount paid to
the IEEE for
contact admin:       10,000  

Amount for
atsec's eval:       100,000

Amount paid to
the IEEE for
free availability
of PP-A & PP-B:      23,400

Funds remaining:   $  6,600

This means that at this time we do not have
sufficient funds to make PP-C and PP-D freely available.  To do so,
we would need to raise an additional $16,800.

I will be adding an agenda item for the
meeting next week to discuss if we want to make PP-C and PP-D freely available
and if so how will we raise the $16,800 for both or $5,100 to make one
of them freely available.
