Alan has provided proposed resolutions to a majority of
the submitted comments.  Generally, we will not review the comments
that he has ACCEPTED or ACCEPTED IN PRINCIPLE unless someone wants to discussed
a specific comment.

I have uploaded a new PDF and it is now linked from the
agenda just below the original "comments only" PDF.

for any comments YOU submitted and make sure you are satisfied by the proposed
