[2600] updated drafts for PP-B/C/D
PP-B, C, and D have been updated to draft number 47a. I hope this is the
last update before publication. The changes are entirely editorial,
nothing technical:
* Changed the draft number and date. Note that the internal date in
PP-B remains "March 2009" because that is the date we sent it to
BSI for validation.
* Added a PP registration number (for PP-B only).
* Moved or added a little content in the introductory pages iii, iv,
and v. It is stuff that the IEEE editors did to PP-A, so I figured
they'd do it to B/C/D also.
* Updated the participants list.
* Removed the word "clause" where it appears before a subclause
number. IEEE editors would have done it, so this should save time
in the IEEE editing cycle (unless they change their minds :-).
The astute reader might notice that I didn't change PP-B App Note #116,
which contains an error that we noticed in PP-A and documented as errata
in the PP Guide. I did not want to make any technical changes in PP-B
because it has already gone through evaluation and most of validation.
Please don't object during recirculation, OK?
