[2600] P2600.2, .3 and .4


The second recirculation ballots of P2600.2, .3 and .4 closed at 11:59PM on October 12th with 100% approval.  I have assembled the RevCom submittal packages for all three and send them to the RevCom administrator.  If all goes well, these should be approved at the December 9th meeting of the Standards Board.
