Version 47a of the Guide has been posted on our web site along with the
final resolution of the comments submitted for the last meeting.
Our next meeting is a teleconference on Friday October 30*__*. The
deadline for comments to be submitted is noon EDT next Friday October 23.
Please review this draft and submit comments before the deadline.
Comments will only be accepted if there are entered using the comment tool.
