- Merge onto Florida's Turnpike N via left exit 12A toward
SR-826W (portions toll)
- Exit at exit 54 for I-595 W.
- Remain on I-595W to Exit 4 Pine Island Road
- Take Exit 4 Pine Island Road
- At the first traffic light, go right onto South Pine

- At the second traffic light, go right onto Peters Road
- Take the first left into Crossroads Office Park
- 1000 South Pine Island Road (building name Royal Palm at
Southpointe) is the 9 story building ahead on the right;
parking is on the left opposite the building
- Equitrac is on the 9th floor, suite 900
- Directions from Ft. Lauderdale Int'l Airport
- Follow signs for exiting the airport
- Merge onto I-595W toward I-95/Florida's Turnpike
- Remain on I-595W to Exit 4 Pine Island Road
