Possible text for 5.11 Quantize and 7.1/10 Quantize Invalid Operation

I believe the following describes the desired behavio[u]r.

5.11 Quantize

  Add (perhaps before 'Quantize does not signal...):

    If one or both operands are NaN the rules in 6.2 are followed.
    Otherwise if only one operand is infinite then invalid is signaled
    and the result is NaN. If both operands are infinite then the result
    is x.

  [Some reordering or merging with the existing text might improve this;
   perhaps we do not need to mention NaN behaviour explicitly.]

6.2 Operations with NaNs [needs minor update]

  In paragraph 2 (top of page 60 in 2004.03.17 draft), change:

    5.1-5.7 and 5.10,

  to:

    5.1-5.7, 5.10 and 5.11,

7.1 Invalid Operation

  Text for list item 10:

    10. Quantize when the result does not fit in the destination format
        or when one operand is finite and the other is infinite.
