revised 754R draft
A draft reflecting some revisions decided on March 16-17 is now available at
http://754r.ucbtest.org/drafts/
If you were there, please check the little stuff.
The big stuff requiring major further work has to do with Tables 5.W, 5.F,
5.N of operations, and the dispersal of Annex Z material to 3.4, 5.13, 5.14,
and Annex V.
Clean-up proposals for those sections will be forthcoming in due course.
Please don't bother with minor formatting and editorial issues until the
leading bits of content and organization have been set.
