754R revised draft
The results of today's draft review are at

Section 3.5 on Variable-width Formats (from former Annex Z) still needs
a lot of work to finish merging its content with the rest of the draft.
Section 5.6 on Base Conversion also requires considerable work for clarity
of exposition.
Persons who participated in today's draft review should check the portions
that they are interested in to make sure that the changes somewhat reflect
the intent of the meeting.
