Re: IEEE754R7
Dear Prof. Kulisch,
some of your comments will be addressed in the forthcoming RNC'7 conference,
to be held in Nancy (France) from July 10 to 12 (see rnc7.loria.fr). Below is
the complete list of contributed papers, invited talks and posters.
More specifically, the paper from Anderson, Story, Astafiev presents fast and
efficient functions functions. The paper from de Dinechin and Maidanov presents
interval elementary functions. The paper of Zhu and Hayes deals about the sum
of floating-point numbers (which is related to the scalar product), and there
will be a poster presentation by Graillat, Langlois, Louvet about "Accurate
Dot Products with FMA". Finally, the invited talk of Richard Brent will deal
with multiple precision.
With best regards,
Paul Zimmermann
