IEEE still has mail problems with antispam

It appears that IEEE's problems have not been fixed, and people are getting
unsubscribed automatically from stds-754@xxxxxxxx when messages to them bounce.

So for another couple of weeks, please send all postings to stds-754@xxxxxxxx 
AND stds-754@xxxxxxxxxxx


Remember too that the list archive at

I suggest keeping both subscriptions.   I will shutdown the ucbtest.org
temporary list as soon as the IEEE list is working again.
