As the committee finishes the work, and simultaneously with the
submission to RevCom the MSC will submit a PAR Revision to match the
work accomplished.

The revised Scope and Purpose were adopted in 2001 but the PAR was never
revised accordingly.
The Scope and Purpose of 2001 are retained in strikeout font
in the above draft.
We need to discuss what should be done.
I suppose the simplest thing is to revise the PAR.
