IEEE-754 meets at Apple next week...

        Folks,

        We are meeting at Apple next week on Wednesday 8/9.  (We also
        have Thursday 8/10 reserved but I doubt we will need it.)

        Eric Postpischil will be our host.

        As this is our first meeting at Apple in, lo, these many years,
        I am a bit unsure of the details but Eric should post address,
        directions, room number, call-in number, & anything else we
        should need to get there.  You should see this in the coming
        days.

        The style review this morning was terse.  You will see the
        current draft posted in the next day or two.  There are no
        surprises.

        We have only 11 motions on the agenda at the moment & 5 of those
        are tabled motions from the last meeting.  The list will, no
        doubt, grow.  And some items will take longer to discuss than
        they deserve.  Still, I expect us to finish the first day.

        It would be ideal if we address all the motions, table none, &
        have nothing pending for our final discussion before submitting
        the draft to the MSC in September.

        But, then again, what has idealism to do with this process...
