Mike,
I heard David H. ask for style review meetings twice a week during the
meeting last week.
Dan said it was up to the editor to schedule the style reviews.
Since Dan is temporary editor for the next two weeks, I was expecting
him to announce
the schedule and bridges.
If we don't have a style review this week, because of Dan's conference,
that leaves only two weeks
for style reviews before the Sept 7th meeting.
At the rate we go that might not get us through one pass of the
document.

If there is a meeting on Thursday it sounds like Dan won't be hosting.
I can't help, because I'll be on at airports and on a plane all day.

Roger -- I had no idea there was a style review today (I thought they

One nit I noticed in the latest (Aug 12) draft: in the recent change in 
section 5.5 on page 21, bullet (a),  the word 'to' before 'distinguish'
is 
missing.

                 I cannot.  Neither can I participate.  I am hosting a 
biotech
