Latest 754r.pdf (and .sxw)
Document claims to be Aug 18 version, last modified at 11:25 on Aug 18,
even though the directory filedate is Sept 11.
I did however look deeper, and found that the changes you mention (for
"floating-point data" were made. What is unclear however is whether
the base document includes style review updates of Aug 24 and Aug 30.
The Change history stops on Aug 17 and does not include your own entries
for versions 1.1.7 and 1.1.8 that are reflected in draft 1.1.8 of Aug 30,
but a few spot checks (e.g. 3.2.13) suggest that the text changes have
been incorporated.
I just hope we don't have diverging histories here. Can you clarify?
(I'm not familiar with OO 2.0 which my reference to 754r.swx picked up
automatically, so I don't know what the internal "last modified" means.)

from your site, so I'm holding on to them tightly for now.
